The apartment is located in the heart of the village, in the Prince des Cîmes residence.
It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (with a sofa bed), a terrace, two bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms.
The beds are made on arrival and the end of stay, cleaning is included in the rental price (except for the kitchen).
The car park is equipped with two charging points for TESLA electric vehicles and one charging point for all types of electric vehicles.
Baby kits with cot and high chairs are available at extra cost of 20€.

Access to all the accommodation, to the ski locker (heated room on the ground floor) as well as to the residence's wellness area (indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam, outdoor jacuzzi - free access on opening days and times), to the gym (with cardio training equipment), to the two laundries (free access to washing machine and dryer), to the luggage room (ideal for arrivals before 5pm or departures after 10am), to the shared showers and toilets.
Please note that the opening and closing times of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna are from 10am - 8pm.
From the village, you have direct access to a variety of itineraries for all levels that will allow you to cross different sites and enjoy magnificent views. These descents will provide you with great sensations in the Alpine mountains of Les Arcs. With its 149 kms of marked mountain itineraries accessible to all, a very wide choice of mountain bike disciplines is offered to you thanks to the 10 ski lifts accessible by bike. You can get all the information about the timetables and prices of the transport tickets offered at the ticket office of the ski lifts located to the right of the entrance to the Résidence du Hameau du Glacier.
In the village, it is possible to hire mountain bikes for all levels in the various shops in the village where you will receive the best advice.
Residents have access to a bicycle garage to store your equipment (bicycles are not allowed in the apartments). You must provide anti-theft equipment for each of your bikes, knowing that a set of security cameras are located at the entrance of the premises. In addition, the number of electric bikes available for your enjoyment in Les Arcs has increased.
Other things to note
In winter, the resort is open from mid-December to the end of April. In summer, the resort is open in July and August. Please check the calendar for the current year.
For shorter stays, do not hesitate to ask us.
As the apartment is classified as a "meublé de tourisme", from January 1st 2019, the tourist tax will be 1,60€ per adult and per night.
A readjustment of the amount of the tourist tax according to the number of adults travelling may be made after booking.
Getting to Arc 1950 from the airport;
There are four airports you may travel from;
Lyon Saint Exupéry: 205km / 2 hours 35 minutes
Grenoble Saint Geoirs: 206 km / 2 hours 35 minutes by car
Chambéry - Aix: 125km / 1 hour 50 minutes by car
Genève: 202km / 2 hours 45 minutes by car
By car: A43 to Albertville, 2x2 lanes to Moûtiers, then the N90 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, and finally the D119 to the destination. Covered parking is available for a fee.
The Ben’s Bus network of shared transfers include buses from Geneva Airport and Chambery Airport to Les Arcs. They have a stop in Les Arcs 1950. From Grenoble and Lyon Airports, their shuttles go as far as Bourg Saint Maurice, the village at the bottom of the mountain and the transport hub for Les Arcs. Bourg-St-Maurice has a train station with TGV and international services. A funicular railway connects Bourg St Maurice to Arc 1600 from where there are free buses to Arc 1950.

Mar 22 - Very nice apartment, very well located (skis at the foot of departures and arrivals) spacious and well-equipped. Communication with Kristell is easy and responsive. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation and we will return as soon as possible.

The apartment is very nice and offers you all facilities like washing dishes and clothes if necessary. Arrival and ski out directly from locker's door. Higher quality than average apartment managed by the resort. Nice living room, enough space to work / eat / rest of 4 people with a child. Great furniture, comfortable mattresses. Although not much of storage space — but that’s manageable if you don’t have lots of stuff. Nice kitchen appliances, standard package, but mostly everything you need to cook.
Very helpful host, blazing fast response.
Located in the best building of the resort, ideal ski-in/out, boulangerie in 3, ski rental in 10, ski school in 15 meters from the building entrance.
it’s on the first floor, so you will probably hear everything that happens on the central square, if you open the window — but with closed windows that’s fine.

Nice pool and sauna, boot/ski lockers downstairs and lovely view from the balcony.
Very well placed for restaurants and true ski in-ski out.
