2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which is ski-in ski-out in the high-end residence Le Refuge du Montagnard in Arc 1950.
There is a spacious lounge, dining table accommodating 6 persons comfortably and an open plan kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, raclette machine.. It has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with twin beds, sofa bed in lounge, shower room and separate toilet. There is a large balcony to enjoy the views of Mont Blanc!
The residence is well maintained with a large reception, renovated ski lockers, recently redone Spa area with sauna and steam room and a large outdoor jacuzzi. The apartment benefits from free use of an indoor pool and heated outdoor pool (in the building across the pedestrian street and through internal corridors or via the underground parking).
There is also internet and cable TV. There is a parking space in the underground car park (additional cost of 98 euros for the week directly paid to the parking company).
The village of Arc 1950 is a unique concept of pedestrian village with superb facilities and being ski through...from the boot room, you access the piste straight...It is particularly easy with children as ski lessons with the ESF start from the village, with a maximum 3minutes walk to reach the meeting point for the smaller ones. Arc 1950 is a family resort with activities and entertainment weekly.
In the summer, there are many activities for children including daily events and many sportive activities for adults. The usual trekking and mountain bike riding but also archery, tennis, paragliding...The scenery is stunning and the outdoor swimming pools are a delight as a family too...
Arc 1950 has restaurants, a small supermarket and numerous shops. You can also visit the shops of Arc 2000 via the free gondola joining the two.
It is located on the Paradiski area with 420kms of pistes linking Les Arcs to La Plagne.
